*If a collection or delivery time is arranged and there is no one to give or receive the laundry, we will return at another pre-arranged time. However, a charge of £5.00 will be made for time and expenses incurred.

*Pressed items can be hung or folded as per your choice and shirts will be starched. Please let us know if you do not wish your shirts to be starched.
*Hangers, if required, will be provided at your first service. These are re-usable so please return with subsequent bookings, if not returned, unfortunately there will be a 15p per hanger charge. You may, of course, provide your own hangers.
*All our pressing and laundry is carried out in a purpose made, clean, smoke and pet free environment. Every item is either hand pressed or hand finished with great care and attention to detail. If you are unhappy with any item that we have laundered or pressed, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-press the item for you free of charge.
*Do not over dry clothes as the end result may be disappointing with hard to remove dried in creases and please fold items and place in a polythene bag. Do not stuff screwed up items into bags, again, the end result will be more pleasing if folded.
*We check all items of pressing prior to work. Should we find an item to be damaged, marked or unclean/not laundered, the item will be returned unpressed.
If items that we are due launder are permanently marked or damaged we will return these items unlaundered.

*Payment can be made by cash or online bank transfer. Online bank transfer must be completed before delivery. Cash payments will be collected on delivery.

*For payment by weight, there is a minimum amount as described under 'Price List'. Your laundry will be weighed on collection.

*For individual rates, minimum amounts and costs are as described under 'Price List'.
​
*For any package purchased, there will then be no minimum amount for any add on items.
*For every client a loyalty card is given. For every £20 spent, a stamp is placed on the card. 10 stamps = £10 off a service of your choice.
